Breakfast Casserole Ingredients 8 small buttermilk biscuits (Grands) 2 bell peppers diced (red & yellow) 1 small onion diced 1 dozen eggs beaten with 1 qtr cup half and half 2 cups meat (Ham, Bacon, sausge) 1 cup colby jack cheese (shredded) 1 TBL dried chives 1 tsp salt Instructions 1. Heat over to 350 degrees 2. Place the biscuits in a greased 7x7 or 9 inch round pan 3. Add the peppers, onion, meat, dried chives and colby jack cheese over the biscuits. 4. Wisk the eggs adding the half & half and salt 5. Pour the well beaten egg mixture over the other ingredients 6. Place in heated over and bake for about 40 minutes
